“Zofia Błażko is one of the most interesting Polish painters of the young generation. Her precise brushwork and the entrancing lightness of contrast in her portraits captivate the viewer and bring the vibrant Art Deco style to mind.”  Aleksandra Adamska

Between 2012- 2015 she had an opportunity to spend time in Dakar, Beijing and Paris, where with other different young artists she created work in one of the biggest Contemporary Art Centres in France “Atelier 59 Rivoli”. Despite her young age, she has already had nine individual exhibitions e.g. painting exhibition in Witkacy Theatre (Zakopane 2016), and in Jour et Nuit Culture (Paris 2012).She has participated in eighteen group exhibitions (e.g. in Shangyuan Art Musuem (Beijing 2015) and in the Musee Theodore Monod D’art Africain (Dakar 2013). In September 2013, she studied in the studio of Professor Jacqua Yankiela Kikoine (professor of the Art Academy in Paris and a friend of S. Beauvoire and Jean Paul Sartre). Zofia is a graduate of the faculties of painting and film, television and photography at the Gdańsk Art Academy.
